Learn. Share. Lead

September 23-24, 2025
The 2025 FAS User Conference once again brought together forensic professionals, industry partners, and Forensic Advantage Systems (FAS) customers for two days of collaboration, discovery, and innovation.
This year’s theme, Learn. Share. Lead reflected the spirit of the event, an opportunity for users to exchange knowledge, learn from peers, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the Forensic Advantage platform.
Hosted at the Virginia Department of Forensic Science’s Northern Laboratory Facility, the conference offered a blend of user-led presentations, product showcases, and interactive discussions centered on improving forensic workflows across crime laboratories and medical examiner offices.
Spotlight on Collaboration and Innovation
A cornerstone of the 2025 User Conference was collaboration. The conference floor buzzed with conversation between users, FAS developers, and technology partners. This year’s sponsors (2nd Logic, CMI, HealthRFID, HES Training Solutions, and Trancite) each played an important role in supporting the event and advancing the dialogue on innovation in forensic technology.
Panel discussions gave users an open platform to share experiences, from managing system upgrades to preparing for accreditation audits. These sessions underscored a shared commitment among forensic professionals to not only adopt technology but to use it strategically in pursuit of accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
Looking Ahead
The 2025 FAS User Conference reaffirmed the company’s commitment to building tools that evolve with the needs of forensic professionals. As technology, compliance, and investigative demands continue to advance, FAS remains focused on developing solutions that simplify complex workflows while maintaining the highest standards of defensibility and efficiency.
FAS extends sincere thanks to every attendee, speaker, and sponsor who contributed to making this year’s conference a success. Your participation, ideas, and feedback help shape the direction of future development and ensure that Forensic Advantage continues to meet the practical needs of those who rely on it every day.
We look forward to continuing the conversations sparked at this year’s conference and seeing you again at the 2026 FAS User Conference.
